We begin with a short call to discuss your event, the type of occasion, guest numbers, location and the style of food you’re imagining. This is a chance to talk through ideas and see how Trough can help bring your gathering to life.

Following our conversation, we create a seasonal menu proposal tailored to your event. This includes suggested dishes, service style and a clear outline of how the catering will run on the day.

Once the menu is confirmed, we take care of the details — sourcing the best seasonal ingredients, coordinating logistics and making sure everything is thoughtfully planned ahead of the event.

On the day, we prepare and serve generous, ingredient-led food so you and your guests can relax and enjoy the celebration. Our aim is simple: beautiful food and a seamless experience.
